5. HIGH COST Quality and Poor cost quality pa explain po para sa report po namin bukas tagalog po thank you po in advance
Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), also called “Cost of Failure” or “cost of doing things wrong”, is the total of all those costs which the manufacturer (or service provider) has to incur due to poor quality products being produced and delivered to customers. Broadly, COPQ consists of (1) Cost of internal failures and (2) Cost of external failures.
(1) Cost of Internal Failures:
This includes cost of in-house or internal rework and rejections. If the products, components, assemblies aren't made right the first time, they are either reworked (rectified) to achieve the required quality OR they are simply rejected (scrapped) altogether and new components are made. All this happens before the delivery of the product to the customer. Hence the cost incurred by a company due to such reworks/rejections is called cost of in-house rework/rejection or “cost of internal failures”.
(2) Cost of External Failures:
This includes cost of warranty repairs/ replacements. That is, cost of repairs/ replacements after the product has been delivered to the customer provided the failure occurs within warranty period. Obviously, a large number of warranty complaints indicate that the products are being delivered with inherent defects.
“Cost of Poor Quality” and “Cost of Quality” are different:
Note that Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) is a subset of Cost of Quality (COQ). The following important relationships give a good understanding of Quality costs.
Cost of Quality = (Cost of Poor Quality + Cost of Achieving Quality).
Cost of Poor Quality = (Cost of internal failures + Cost of external failures).
Cost of Achieving Quality = (Cost of Prevention + Cost of Appraisal).
Reduction in COPQ means more profit:
Assessment of Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) is a very effective tool to know how much money is being wasted on account of re-doing the things or making defective products. Any reduction in COPQ means increase in profits by an equal amount. In fact, it's only when a company takes a hard decision (!) to work out COPQ, does the company come to know the size of the so called “hidden factory” which is eating away money rather than generating money. It is possible to close down this hidden factory (i.e. the one doing rectification or re-making jobs) by taking necessary measures to prevent defects.
It is not unusual for a company that is measuring COPQ for the first time, that COPQ is as high as 15-20% of turnover. However, by making all out efforts to prevent defects at every stage, COPQ can be brought down to 3-5%.
High Cost quality
Cost of quality is a method for calculating the costs companies incur ensuring that products meet quality standards, as well as the costs of producing goods that fail to meet quality standards. High cost qualities are those with higher prices because of it's quality

22. Tagalog of Remember you don't choose, love chooses you.All you can really do is accept it for all its mystery when it comes into your life.Feel the way if fills you to overflowing. Then reach out and give it away.Give it back to the person who brought it to you.Give it to others who are poor in spirit.Give it to the world around you in any way you can. This is where many lovers go wrong.Having been so long without love, they understand love only as a need.they see their hearts as empty places that will be filled by love, and they begin to look as something, that flows them rather than for them. The first blush of love is filled to overflowing, but as their love cools, they revert to seeing, their love as need. They cease to be someone who generates love and instead become someone who seeks love. They forget that the secret of loveis, that it is a gift, that it can be made to grow only by giving it away.

Hope it Help25. CONFLICT THEORY This sociological perspective is the opposite of the latter. Karl Marx viewed social stratification as creation of inequality between the rich and the poor, or the powerful versus the powerless. Let's say for example: The bourgeois capitalists owning high-producing businesses or factories and hire people who work for them. They can enjoy the luxury of life because they earn billions of money. However, proletariats are the working class earned skimpy wages and experiencing isolation to the society. The very essence of life is to enjoy it with loved ones. However, 'working class did not experience this joy because they are isolated to do the labor for long hours each day to earn money at the end of the month. Marx argued that proletariats were oppressed by the money-hungry bourgeois.

Nobody is so rich who has nothing to receive. Nobody is poor who has nothing to give.
